Please note our cancellation terms for workshop tours:

• Same-day cancellations: If you cancel on the day of the scheduled appointment, 100% of the cost will be charged.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive late for the scheduled appointment, we cannot offer the full 60 minutes. The remaining tour time will be shortened accordingly to the delay.
