Right to Cancel
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) Or - if the goods before the deadline - by returning the goods. Transportation costs and fees from PayPal or credit cards will not be payed back from us. Adaptations such as personalized goods are non-returnable or revocation. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilling our obligations under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 . 1 and 2 draft Law and our obligations according to § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 BGB. Consequences of Cancellation
Prior to the cancellation, you shall retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You are under the duty to take reasonable care to see that the returned goods are received by the supplier and not damaged in transit, but in other respects your duty to take care of the goods shall cease once you send them.
